Is SCANilla really free?
Yes — during our open-beta period. You get unlimited static QR codes in all 10 types with no watermark, full customization, and 4K PNG / SVG exports — no credit card required. Free accounts also include up to 5 dynamic QR codes with basic scan analytics. After beta ends, the Free plan will continue but with tighter usage limits; early sign-ups lock in their beta limits for 12 months.
What is the beta pricing?
SCANilla is in open beta. Pro and Agency plans are shown here at launch pricing, and early adopters who sign up during beta will keep these rates for the first 12 months after general availability, even if we raise prices later.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Paid plans are month-to-month or annual, and you can cancel any time from your account dashboard. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the end of the billing period. Annual plans are not refundable after the first 14 days.
What counts as a dynamic QR code?
A dynamic QR code is one whose destination you can edit after printing, and whose scans we track in your analytics. Static QR codes encode their data directly into the pattern and are unlimited on every plan, including Free. Only dynamic codes count against plan limits.
Do Pro and Agency remove watermarks?
SCANilla never adds watermarks on any plan, including Free. The image you download is 100% yours. Agency does add white-label features that hide SCANilla branding from the dynamic redirect page and short URLs when that feature ships.
How do I upgrade from Free to Pro?
During beta, Pro and Agency are opening to a limited number of early adopters. Click Join Waitlist on Pro or Contact Sales on Agency and we will reach out to onboard you. Once billing is live, you will be able to upgrade in one click from your account settings.
